In brief
BabyYouWay uses only the cookies strictly necessary for the site to work. There are no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no social media pixels and no third-party audience measurement tools.
The cookies used
- byw_session: keeps you signed in. It is set when you sign in, cannot be read by the page's scripts and expires after thirty days at most, or as soon as you sign out.
- byw_locale: remembers the display language you have chosen. Duration: twelve months.
- byw_cookie_choice: remembers your response to the cookie information banner. Duration: six months.
These cookies are set by BabyYouWay itself and are not used for any advertising tracking.
What the banner is for
No optional cookie exists today. The banner records your choice so that, if optional audience measurement were added one day, it would stay switched off until you had explicitly accepted it. Whatever your current choice, no tracker is set.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you block the session cookie, you will not be able to stay signed in. If you delete the banner cookie, the banner will be displayed again.
Payment
When you subscribe to Premium, payment is made on the payment provider's page, which applies its own cookie policy: [to be completed: name of the provider and link to its policy].
