Payment, renewal and cancellation
- The total amount charged and the renewal frequency are shown before any payment.
- The subscription renews automatically, every month or every year depending on the plan, until you cancel it.
- You can cancel online at any time. Your benefits remain active until the end of the period already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Your conversations are kept.
- Payment is made on the secure page of a payment provider: BabyYouWay neither sees nor stores your card number.
- One subscription covers a single adult account. In a shared project, each person keeps their own account and their own entitlements.
- No charge is made unless you have explicitly subscribed.
What Premium does not change
- Quotas can never be bought individually. They renew automatically: every week for contact requests, every month for translations.
- When the translation quota is reached, your messages can still be read in their original language and nothing is deleted.
- Premium's limits are tied to the cost of the service: we prefer a clear figure to a promise of “unlimited”.
- No paid advantage when it comes to verification badges, moderation or the pathways permitted in your country.
- The fictional examples created with AI are not part of any plan: nobody pays to access them.
- No purchase of contacts, donations or gametes, and no sale of your data.
