Three pathways, three intentions
On BabyYouWay, you say what you are looking for. A pathway is an intention that you choose: it is never inferred from your orientation, your gender or your relationship status.
What applies to every pathway
- The service is for adults aged 18 and over only.
- You can activate several pathways, each with its own preferences and visibility.
- On your own or as a pair: two people can create a shared project profile. Each adult keeps their own account and gives their own consent.
- No combination of gender or orientation is blocked: you choose who you would like to meet.
- A pathway's availability depends on the countries you declare (residence and project), never on your language or your IP address.
A few situations, among many others

- Two women who would like a father involved in the child's life.
- A male couple exploring the routes legally open to them in their country.
- A man and a woman who want to co-parent without being a couple.
- Someone looking for a partner to start a family with.
Couple project
Meet someone to build a relationship with and consider having a child together.
- You are looking for a partner, whatever your orientation.
- You state your timeline and what matters to you, without having to justify anything.
- You take the time to get to know each other before talking about concrete plans.
Co-parenting
Conceive and raise a child with one or more adults, with no obligation to be in a romantic relationship, including between people of different orientations.
- You describe the role you would like to play: day-to-day presence, sharing of time and decisions.
- You compare your expectations: where you live, upbringing, organisation, sharing of costs.
- A co-parent is not a donor: these are two distinct roles, in two distinct pathways.
Donation
Only where availableMaking it easier to get in touch and to be directed to authorised professional organisations, only where the law and the way the service operates allow it.
What BabyYouWay is not
- It is not an offer of gametes, a gamete bank or an intermediary in any transaction.
- It is not a medical service: no screening, no medical follow-up, no health certificate.
- It is not a promise: not about legal parenthood, nor anonymity, nor anyone's rights and duties, nor the performance of any agreement. These matters depend on the country and the method used.
- No sale, no purchase, no reservation or shipping of gametes, and no payment between members for a donation.
- No instructions for insemination: these procedures are a matter for authorised professionals.
An identity check is not a medical check.
A private arrangement can change legal parenthood and medical protections. A private agreement is never presented here as sufficient.
In countries where the pathway is open, you choose explicitly between a donation within an authorised professional process and co-parenting with intended responsibilities. Local information is neutral, dated and accompanied by its official source.
